We think chocolates should be made with a good quality chocolate and all fresh ingredients. You don’t want to see anything you can’t pronounce or can’t identify on the ingredient label.
How far ahead of the wedding should they be ordered?
4 weeks is ideal
Most importantly how should the chocolates be stored until the wedding?
It is important to keep chocolate in a cool dry environment – away from heat or sun. Get them delivered the week of your event – maybe 3 days prior.
