Do Me a Favor: Gourmet Chocolates

Chocolates are one of the most popular wedding favors by far.
What should you look for in a quality chocolate?
We think chocolates should be made with a good quality chocolate and all fresh ingredients. You don’t want to see anything you can’t pronounce or can’t identify on the ingredient label.
How far ahead of the wedding should they be ordered?
4 weeks is ideal
Most importantly how should the chocolates be stored until the wedding?
It is important to keep chocolate in a cool dry environment – away from heat or sun. Get them delivered the week of your event – maybe 3 days prior.
Newlyweds and dinner parties go hand in hand. What chocolate dessert creation could you suggest that could be easily accomplished by a novice cook?
Chocolate Mousse is easy to make and has loads of fun possibilities beyond the table!
While it’s true that champagne and chocolate are a couple, what other wines could you pair with chocolate?
I like red wine with chocolate but as long as you like the wine and you like the chocolate, what can be wrong with your combination? If it pleases your palate, for personal consumption, that is all that matters!
For the couples around the country that desire your chocolates for their celebration how would your company ship them?
We ship all of our chocolates by Federal Express overnight or two-day service. The destination temperature determines the class of service used.
